## How booking works

Owners register an account, add a pet profile with the animal's health and
behaviour details, then book online. A booking covers one pet and may combine
several services — for example a boarding stay with a grooming session during it.
Boarding stays set the date range; other services are scheduled by staff within
it. Milo also rents gear for the duration of a stay (bowl, bed, food container,
water dispenser); some items are free.

## Adoption

Milo houses ownerless animals and lists them publicly for adoption. Adoption is
