What is Milo Pet Hotel?
Milo is a dog hotel and cat hotel in Varketili, Tbilisi — one facility with kennels, rest areas, enclosed play areas, a grooming station and partnered vets on site. We are not a 24-hour veterinary clinic.
What is the difference between dog boarding and cat boarding?
Dogs stay in kennels with access to enclosed outdoor play areas and daily walks. Cats stay in a separate, quiet, climate-controlled area away from the dogs. See dog boarding and cat boarding.
What should I bring for my pet's stay?
Your pet's usual food, any medication with written instructions, and anything familiar — a blanket, a toy, a bed. Staff record every item at check-in and return it at pickup. Bowls, beds, food and water dispensers can also be rented when you book.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day, 8am to 6pm. Drop-off and pickup happen within these hours at our Varketili facility.
Do you vaccinate puppies and kittens?
Yes. Partnered vets vaccinate puppies, kittens, dogs and cats at our facility. Book a vaccination on its own or add it to a boarding stay. Bring your pet's passport or vaccination record.
Do you offer a pet taxi in Tbilisi?
Yes. Our regular pet taxi is scheduled transport between your address and Milo in a climate-controlled vehicle. We also run an airport taxi for pets travelling by air and a vet taxi for urgent trips to a clinic.
How much does boarding cost?
Prices are shown as soon as you sign in and add a pet to your profile — the rate depends on the species and the service. Grooming, training, sterilisation and relocation are quoted per pet after booking. Start a booking to see your price.
